Hello viewers! My name is Christina and I am a Kinesiology student and have created this
site this past semester to discuss optimal bone and muscle formation. Bones and muscles provide the framework for
the human body and allow our bodies to move and function; it is important we take care of ourselves!

This site will explore the formation and structure of
bones and muscles. There is a section
for Bones, and a section for Muscles. In the Nutrition section you can find information on how to use nutrients and proteins to keep bones and
muscles healthy and functional; the Food Plan section will go into further
detail. This site will explore how the food we eat in coordination with our
activity level affects our body and how to maximize strength in our bones and
muscles.
